We realize that most of our customers don't know the exact media type they have nor the count. So taking a partial payment ensures we charge you only for the actual media we have scanned rather than what you have estimated.

We will typically complete scanning and make an order online for review/final payment in 8-10 business days (for Express Processing orders) and 4-6 weeks (for regular A La Carte orders). If USB(s) are selected with your order, they will be returned with the original media within 10-14 days after making the final payment. If a Digital Download was selected, the files will become available approximately 12-24 hours. These estimates can be expected for orders that are less than 2,000 pieces of standard media. Once we receive your order, you'll be able to track the progress online.
